Acceleration Phase

You’ve come a long way from Portfolio Building. Now we want to take things to the next level. With Acceleration Phase, You would be joining a select few PREER investors to acquire investment property at development cost (20% below the market). You are able to achieve significant discounts by participating in a new residential development in an independently governed structure under the complete management of PREER.

  • Register Interest

    When we locate a project that meets our strict criteria we issue registered investors with an Information Memorandum and invite you to an online webinar or meet in person to discuss the ins-and-outs of a project.

  • Pre Select Property

    Once an investor is interested in participating in the project, you will be booked with one of our consultants who will help you pre-select your property and answer every single question you might have. Pre-selecting property is granted with first-come first- served basis.

  • Share Distribution

    Once investors make their cash contribution, each investor will receive a Shareholding in the special purpose company established to undertake the project. The Shareholding is relative to the property that is being pre-selected. The cash contribution required per investor varies with scale and type of project, and generally ranges between $200,000 and $350,000.

  • Project Development

    The Development Company managed by PREER will borrow the balance to complete the development via a major bank. Interest will be capitalised into the loan. PREER will manage the whole project through to completion. Once project is completed and the bank loan paid out, the pre-selected properties will be transferred to each investor.

  • Retain Property With No Money Down

    Upon project completion, in lieu of a profit share dividend, you will receive your pre-selected property at the Nominated Cost Price. (stamp duty costs may apply). Since the property will be typically 20% below the market, you will be able to retain the property and borrow up to 80% of the value and hence drawing your cash contribution back out.
