Over the years, we have developed more than a project pipeline. We have built resources, relationships, systems, commercial judgement and proprietary knowledge across development, land control, capital structuring and active asset operation.

Together, these form the Preer platform.

This platform allows us to look at real estate through multiple lenses. We are not only asking whether a project can be built. We are asking what the asset can become, how value can be unlocked, how risk can be reduced, and whether the best outcome comes from developing, holding, operating, repositioning, partnering or exiting.

Our core business is still our own real estate value creation: developing projects, controlling strategic land, and actively operating assets.

But where there is clear alignment, no material conflict and a genuine opportunity to improve the outcome, we also make parts of the Preer platform available to others through development management, private client incubation and capital partnership.

These are not standalone services created to sell hours.

They are selective extensions of the platform we use in our own business.

Development Management

When alignment is right, Preer applies its development platform to external projects that require more than process management. We help owners and sponsors make better commercial decisions across site strategy, consultants, capital, staging, approvals, delivery and exit.

Strategic Landbank

Preer controls land and operating assets where timing, planning, infrastructure, income and future use can materially change value. Our approach is not passive landholding. It is strategic asset control shaped by development logic, operating insight and long-term optionality.

Capital & Partnership

Capital is part of the Preer platform, but it is not the product. Where the asset, structure, operator and risk profile are aligned, Preer may assist with capital strategy, funding architecture, partnership structuring or direct participation.

Private Client Incubation

Private Client is for capable developers whose ambition has outgrown their current operating platform. It gives selected operators proximity to Preer’s strategic thinking, acquisition intelligence, capital architecture, relationships and principal-side judgement.

The photo is not brand new, which means I now look a little older, slightly better fed, and hopefully a bit more useful.

You may already know me.

You may have heard a good story, a bad story, or one of those slightly legendary stories that somehow improves every time someone retells it over lunch.

That is fine.

Real estate is a small world. If you actually do things, take risks, negotiate hard, back ideas, challenge people, and occasionally get things wrong, stories tend to follow you.

I am not here to pretend otherwise.

Anyway, I've been involved in the deeper end of the real estate game since 2010.

Pretty good at that, too.

I could have used this page to list every project I have touched and tried to borrow credibility from each one, regardless of how much impact I personally had.

But that is not really the point.

Instead, I have spent more time shaping this site around the people Preer may actually be relevant to.

If you are considering buying into one of our projects, look at the projects, watch the videos, and get a feel for how we think about places, product and long-term value.

If you are a landowner or project sponsor dealing with a serious site or complex project, and you know a conventional development manager will not be enough, start with the Development Management page. It will show you how Preer thinks when strategy, risk, funding, consultants, delivery and exit all have to work together.

If you are a developer who has already carried real risk and now feels your ambition has outgrown your current platform, start with the Private Client page. That is written for people who do not need another course, another consultant, or another motivational conversation. They need access to a stronger operating environment.

Some people will resonate with the way we think immediately.

Others will not, and that is perfectly fine.
